Special Ability Care Support, proudly supports individuals funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), as well as aged care clients who wish to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

We have a Talent Program, designed to spot and grow potential across all areas of our team. Our online performance system makes it easy for staff and managers to set clear goals, track priorities, and review progress against well-defined role expectations.
We also run in-house training to support every stage of development. This includes onboarding for new roles, training in specialist and technical skills, updates on technology, compliance education, and programs for mentoring and leadership.
One on One Training is supported by our flexible online learning platform, which offers over 1500 modules. This includes e-learning resources such as the Aged Care Channel Community Care Modules, which help strengthen our development-focused culture and give staff more ways to build their skills and improve performance.
We make sure theoretical learning is put into practice by reviewing and discussing e-learning content during fortnightly staff meetings. Practical competencies are then assessed in person by an Adult Education endorsed assessor, ensuring staff can confidently apply what they’ve learned in real-world settings.
